Start by scheduling a discovery call with Roz. During this call we will introduce you to Functional Imagery Training, assess your readiness for change, and provide a small, engaging experience to demonstrate the power of mental imagery.
Once you have signed up, we will use imagery to create a vivid picture of where you want to be and begin planning actionable steps toward your goals, exploring barriers and solutions.. In subsequent sessions we will adapt and refine your action plans based on your experiences and introduce additional techniques as needed. Sessions typically last for 1 hour.
Boosters allow us to check-in periodically to maintain momentum and adjust strategies.. Sessions typically last 30 minutes.
