Hi, I'm Roz, a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach. I provide a safe, open, space for individuals to reflect on their health & wellbeing needs. I help people make positive changes to support mental wellbeing, healthy relationships, healthy eating, sleep, physical activity, and minimising harmful substances.
Currently completing research on the psychosocial impacts of cancer, I have spoken with many participants who have shared the ups and downs of their journey. These valuable stories allow me to understand and support my coaching clients who have experienced illness with care and compassion, as they adopt sustainable habits to enhance their health & well-being.
