A different kind of support
Cancer coaching isn't therapy, and it isn't medical advice. It's a dedicated space, just for you, to think clearly, move forward intentionally, and reconnect with what matters. While your medical team focuses on treating the disease, as your coach, I walk alongside you through the rest of life: navigating the changes cancer has brought, and building the life you want on the other side of it.
Meet Your Coach

I'm Roz — a Certified Cancer Coach, and the founder of Positively Life Limited.
I came to this work because both cancer and long term illness have touched my life closely. This experience has given me an understanding that my qualifications and research alone could not teach — and shapes every conversation I have with clients.
Nevertheless, my approach does draw on a rich blend of training: I am a certified cancer coach with the Cancer Wellness Institute and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Nutrition coaching. I am also a Functional Imagery Training advanced practitioner and certified mindfulness and compassion teacher. Together these give me a genuinely wide toolkit, so whatever you bring to our sessions, we have somewhere useful to go with it.
I work with warmth, honesty and, with your permission, gentle challenge. Clients often say I have a knack for cutting through the noise and getting to what actually matters, and that they leave sessions feeling clearer, more grounded, and more like themselves.
I would love to explore if we might work well together and offer a free 30 minute discovery call so you can meet me and ask any questions before committing to coaching.
What we might explore together
Purpose & Identity
Life after cancer is an opportunity to reconnect with what truly matters to you - your values, your priorities, your sense of self. Together we'll explore what you want your next chapter to look like..
Nutrition
Eating well after cancer can feel overwhelming with conflicting advice, a changed body, and an uncertain relationship with food. Together we'll find an approach that nourishes you, feels sustainable, and actually fits your life.
Movement
Exercise looks different for everyone, and especially after cancer. Whether you're starting from scratch or rebuilding your fitness, we'll find a way to move that feels good - not punishing.
Sleep
Poor sleep is common after cancer. We'll explore what's getting in the way and build habits that help your body and mind genuinely rest and recover.
Emotional Wellbeing
Scanxiety, fear of recurrence, low mood - the emotional weight of cancer doesn't end when treatment does. This is a space to acknowledge that honestly, and find ways to carry it more lightly.
Relationships
Cancer can change the dynamic with those around you, partners, family, friends, colleagues. We'll explore how to navigate those shifts and communicate what you need.
Book a discovery call
Your journey starts with a single conversation. No pressure, no commitment, just 30 minutes to talk, ask questions, and see whether we're a good fit. Discovery calls take place online via Zoom
