Individual sessions cost £120. A block of 6-sessions is available for a reduced cost of £595.
Coaching sessions typically last around an hour, depending on your needs and preferences. We can also work with you to create a customised coaching plan that includes shorter or longer sessions, depending on your schedule and goals.
